In November 2008, the possibility of failure for bond overrides to be passed threatened to decrease the amount of funding and quality of education in the Tempe Union High School district. The “Support Our Schools” PAC used their website to educate the voting public and eventually pass all of the necessary measures to ensure that the students in the district got the funding they needed to continue receiving a high quality education.
